This particular aeronautical chart is made by overprinting a military chart with information useful to ULM pilots. The chart covers the whole southern Italian peninsula.
The information useful to ultralight pilots are airfields and airstrips, the remaining information are those printed on this very detailed military map, similar to ICAO charts but with military information highlighted.
The chart includes:
- Airspaces with vertical limits
- Regulated, dangerous and prohibited areas
- VFR routes within controlled airspaces
- Radio aids with frequencies
- Airways
- Obstacles
- Geographical base (mounts, roads, rivers, etc.)
The aeronautical information included are dated back to 2004. Although most of them are still valid, the chart must not be used for actual navigation.
